Wilson MG2 Mouth guard (Transparent)

2-layer dental protection that reduces the risk of both concussion and dental damage.

Adult size. From 10 years.
Child size. To 10 years.

Fitting mouth guards, note boiling water can be dangerous!

1. Boil the water and let it stand for 30 seconds. Before submerging the adult protection in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for child protection)
2. Take the guard out of the water with a spoon, shake off the water and as soon as possible take the guard into your mouth and center it on the upper teeth. (The cover should be warm)
3. When the upper teeth are centered, gently bite together and suck/push air and excess water away from the guards with your tongue. You also have to use your fingers to press the cover into place on the outside.
4. Leave the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, remove and rinse under cold water.
5. If the protection does not fit optimally, repeat the process until it fits properly.
6. If the cover is a bit too big, you can cut off the ends a little, with a knife.
