Wilson MG1 Mouth Guard (Yellow)

1 layer basic mouth guard for good protection, can also be used if you tend to clench your teeth in your sleep.

Adult size. From 10 years.
Child size. To 10 years.

Adaptation of mouth guard, note boiling water can be dangerous!

1. Boil the water and let it stand for 30 seconds. Before immersing the adult protection in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for child protection)
2. Take the guard out of the water with a spoon, shake off the water and as soon as possible remove the guard in the mouth and center it on the upper teeth. (Protection should be warm)
3. When the upper teeth are centered, gently bite together and suck/push air and excess water away from the guard with your tongue. You also have to use your fingers to press the cover into place on the outside.
4. Leave the guard in the mouth for 30 seconds. remove and rinse under cold water.
5. If the protection does not fit optimally, repeat the process until it fits properly.
6. If the cover is a bit too big, you can cut some of the ends off, with a knife.
