This Proto Baby SCS OS is a high performance quad clamp designed for trick scooters. Comes with a shim so it can be mounted on both standard 32mm handlebars and oversized 35mm handlebars. The Proto clamp is an excellent choice for most scooter setups that do not use SCS compression.
