Free shipping

• Shop for over 899 SEK and always get free shipping within Sweden.

Shipping prices in Sweden:

• Order value 600–898 SEK: 39 SEK
• Order value 0–599 SEK: 99 SEK

We partner with DHL Express and ship goods every weekday for fast and safe delivery.

Delivery times:

• In stock items: Delivery time 1–3 working days.
• Made-to-order items: Delivery time approximately 4–7 working days.

Please note that our stock levels may vary as we also have a physical store. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

Unclaimed packages:

Once your shipment reaches the drop-off location, you have 14 days to collect your package . If the package is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.
For uncollected packages, we will deduct SEK 300 for shipping and administrative costs from the refund amount.

In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, Wallride offers a 14-day return policy for unused goods, calculated from the day you received the goods. In order to return an item, the following conditions must be met:

1. Return conditions:
- The goods must be in the same condition as upon delivery, with labels and packaging intact.
- You have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you are satisfied.
- If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its properties and function, and is not in a substantially unchanged condition, Wallride reserves the right to make a depreciation deduction on the refund.
- Any accessories such as instructions, stickers or other included parts must be returned with the item.

2. Return process:

- Contact our customer service to get the return address if necessary.
- Return shipping is paid by you as the customer, and the shipping fee is only refunded if the item is returned in accordance with your statutory rights (for example, if the item is defective or incorrect).

3. Refund:
- Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Delivery costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered item.
- Once the item has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Timeframes for returns:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with the original receipt.

5. Defective or incorrect goods:
- If the item is defective or does not correspond to the order, please contact customer service to handle the return in accordance with your statutory rights.
