Are you curious about the growing sport of Parkour? Challenging and fast-paced training is what is promised in this class!

If you want to challenge yourself and gain better body control, balance and coordination, this is the course for you! Our knowledgeable instructors are here to guide you with tips and help you develop your parkour skills. You do not need any previous knowledge to take part in this course as the leaders adapt the content to the group.

• Trampoline socks are included for all participants
• Recommended age: Over 10 years
• 16 occasions
